Sinä & Minä is a fashion event that is built on core values of equality, empathy, humanity, and environmental themes. These values are brought together to form the event’s central theme, communication.

The event presents a total of five fashion collections by emerging and talented designers.
Each collection is the designer’s or designers’ own statement and an interpretation of communication.

The event aims to highlight Finnish culture through authentic content in an accessible way, while giving young creators the opportunity to showcase their capabilities. The goal of the event is to bring together different art forms and people, with fashion as a beading heart, giving life to the event.

The event’s theme, communication, encompasses everything that is good in humanity and everything that still requires growth. All the information we absorb from our surroundings is communication. It includes culture, empathy, self-expression, and the lack of these.

Communication is the interaction between people and worlds, shaping how we see ourselves, each other, and the reality which we live in. The richness of communication is a sign of a healthy community, and its continuous practice is the only way to grow as individuals and as a society. Sinä & Minä seeks to serve as a reminder of the vital role of communication, its diversity, and what it can be at its best.
