We are getting ready for the 8th Songscapes of the season, marking our 1 year anniversary!
Come to this special version Songscapes, inviting all our previous performers to share songs in one evening, as well as the audience members to an open stage moment!
If you want to perform something in the open stage, bring your instruments, and come early to sign up since there will be limited slots.
You are very welcome to come create some light in this time of winter darkness.

SONGSCAPES encompasses moments of togetherness and inspiration, through sharing the diverse landscapes that a song can have.
Each edition takes you on a journey of original song compositions. Produced by students from the Global Music department at the Sibelius Academy, this project has been running for one year, inviting artists to share their own music and creative visions.
The idea behind Songscapes was born from the need for a space in Helsinki’s music scene where diverse, original songs could be heard and appreciated. Though often influenced by various genres, this music doesn’t fit neatly into any one category.
While the term “singer-songwriter” or the Spanish “Cantautor/a” may come close, Songscapes explores a broader sonic landscape. Over the past year, we’ve experienced a wide range of compositions, each unique in its style and story.
