In a fast paced, consumerist world, slowing down and focusing on the smallest experiences of life has become a rarity. Taking a cue from Homer’s Lotus Eaters, PASITHEA takes us on a journey of progressive loosening up / slowing down / mellowing out from an initial bout of anxiety.
The performance paradoxically sets music for solo classical guitar, projected video, and VAPORWAVE aesthetics side by side to execute this concept.
