Aalto VCD is organizing the poster exhibition PLAKAT! taking place in April at Vapaan taiteen tila. Students of Aalto Arts and UniArts have participated through an Open Call to submit designs for typographic posters created inspired by the theme slow craft, which have been both screen- and inkjet printed with a uniform color palette to curate the designs of this group exhibition.
The intention of the exhibition on behalf of the production team is to celebrate typographic expression and poster art as essential practices of visual communication design in Finland.
