VØICES
VØICES is an artistic research project initiated by the experimental vocalist and composer Thea Soti in 2018 to promote international dialogue, research and collaboration around the human voice and performative arts. The project is constantly traveling to different cities thus bringing together international and local artists from various disciplines under the direction of Thea Soti.
The first project was realized in August 2018 in Copenhagen in the form of a mini-residency and presented the same piece (Modern Magnetism) three times with three different vocalists in the same location. In April 2019, VØICES had its edition (Rengetegem) in Budapest, Hungary. In August 2019, the piece will be adapted to a special tunnel-like concert location in Helsinki.
